We understand plans can change, but once you’ve confirmed your booking with us, we’re unable to issue refunds on confirmation deposits. However, we’re happy to discuss any concerns or adjustments you may need to make to your booking.
The boat departs from Serangan Harbour, about 30-45 mins from Seminyak.
To secure your booking, we require a deposit equivalent to $1000 AUD. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to begin preparing for your unforgettable adventure. The remaining balance will be due for payment a day before the boat departs.
